From Line to Perspective, From Traditional to Modern

In this trip, we visit the permanent and temporary exhibitions on the 3rd floor of the Istanbul Painting and Sculpture Museum with Banu Küçüksubaşı.

As our tour begins at the MSGSÜ Calligraphy Collection hall and continues towards the Osman Hamdi Bey hall, we discuss the journey of our art history from line to perspective.

Afterwards, in the first part of the Plus 700 exhibition, newly donated to the museum in the temporary exhibition hall, we build a bridge between past periods, our recent history and today's art.
