My interest in the world of art and culture goes back many years. Although I studied Econometrics at Marmara University, as I said, art has always been a part of my life at different times. For a long time, I studied painting in various studios outside of academia. After that, I completed the Master's Program in Art and Culture Management at Yeditepe University with the aim of establishing HorozArt and working in the world of art and culture, and after a short while, we brought this dream project to life, the infrastructure of which we had created. HorozArt was perhaps brought to life as an inevitable result of a big dream and passion, as well as the interest and love of many people in art. We started working with interdisciplinary approaches in order to open space for artists, develop collaborations with individuals and institutions, and be a part of the changing and virtualizing world.
In this era where we experience digitalization quite intensely, the art world has also been frequently included in digital trends, especially in recent years. While we are in a digital construction era, it is quite normal for art to find a place in the virtual world as a metaphor and add this to its movement. This digital art era, which can be seen as the structuring of a new era in terms of the art world, has also moved the marketing environment of art galleries from physical spaces to virtual spaces. As a result of the needs of the era, various possibilities and the dialogues to be established between artists, collectors and viewers, we intended to establish a bridge between artists and art lovers by establishing our digital art platform called HorozArt. The name of our institution is HorozArt. This name "Rooster" heralds the sun that will rise after darkness, a new day, is the messenger of light and wakes people up. A new day means new possibilities, new searches and new hopes. In addition to social crises and individual chaos, we are here today with the aim of establishing productive bridges and dialogues where lively hopes, exciting beginnings and good things can happen by building a new possibility with artists who produce in many fields and disciplines. In order to flourish, grow, and walk together; good intentions give birth to good things.
